1)     Age Requirements;  Must be 18 and older to rent the property, children are welcome must be accompanied         by an adult.  

2)    Maximum Occupancy: The Wildflower Inn will accommodate 8 guests.  

3)    Reservations:  When reservation is booked, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged to the        

        credit card provided.
4)    Cancellations & No Shows:  Reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours in advance of the arrival date,    

        and  the deposits will be fully refunded up until that time.  Payment is non-refundable after 72-hour    

        period. This same policy applies to No Shows. 

5)    Forms of payment:  We accept the following payment methods- Visa, MasterCard, American Express,      

        Discover, and Debit Cards.  

6)    Checking In/Out-  Check-in time 3:00pm (or after) on the day of arrival.  Check-out time is 11:00AM. 

7)    You will receive to separate passcodes to access the property the day before your arrival.  If you have any

8)    Housekeeping- We will only refresh towels  and toiletries upon request.  

9)    Pets- Pets are not allowed.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  You can Contact Blue River Vet @

        (580)-371-9524 for questions about overnight boarding.  

10)  Room Damage/ Missing Items/ Excessive Cleaning- If the house is damaged or left extremely dirty during

        the stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace the damaged items and $50/hr labor fees to

        return the house to its original state.  This includes but is not limited to missing/damaged remotes,

        bedding, towels, TVs, appliances, fixtures, lights, and mirrors.  

11)   Smoking, e-cigarettes, Candles: The Wildflower Inn is an entirely smoke-free facility.  Violation of this

        policy will result in a $250 charge to the credit card on file if any type of smoking or candle burning occurs        during your stay.  

12)  Accidents/Injuries-  We are not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during your stay.  

13)  We are not responsible for lost or left behind items.  If you lose or leave behind and item, please contact us
